Robert Ellis Key

An active writer, veteran, and Christian Science practitioner, Robert Ellis Key was a man of many titles. Although it is unknown when he was born, it is known where. From Yorkshire, England, Key was educated at Richmond School and St. Peter’s School in Yorkshire. He served as a British army officer from 1914-1920, retiring with the rank of Lt. Colonel. He was awarded the Order of the British Empire. He was a Christian Science practitioner from 1923-1961, also serving as a teacher, lecturer, and editor of Christian Science materials. He passed in 1961, with four total books published under his name from 1938 to the year of his death.
